Expert Witness Training
This full-day course is aimed at role-players within the built environment industry who currently are expert witnesses in dispute resolution proceedings or role-players who want to act as expert witnesses in the future. Delegates will gain an understanding of what it means to be an expert witness in Adjudication and Arbitration proceedings and the different requirements required of each. This course will give delegates an insight into their obligations as expert witnesses and enable them to efficiently fulfil their duties as expert witnesses.
This Workshop consists of 3 Sessions on the same day:
