1. **Fairooz Abdul Kader**:
Fairooz Abdul Kader is a Junior Director at Savage Jooste & Adams Inc., specializing in conveyancing matters. Graduating from the University of Pretoria with an LLB Degree in 2014, Fairooz entered the conveyancing department in 2016. With a breadth of experience, Fairooz has handled various aspects of conveyancing, including the opening of Sectional Title Schemes, property transfers, subdivisions, consolidations, and bond registrations.
2. **Prof Susan Bouillon**:
Prof Susan Bouillon is the founder and Executive Head of the Delacon Group and Delacon Planning. With a focus on Planning Law, Development Law, Municipal Law, Integrated Development Planning, and Town Planning Matters, Prof Bouillon is recognized for her expertise in municipal legislation, town planning, and land use management.
3. **Tsholofelo Makgwa**:
Tsholofelo Makgwa serves as the Chief Building Control Officer at the City of Tshwane’s Department of Economic Development and Spatial Planning. Makgwa plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance and regulation within the city’s building control offices.
