We trust you are aware of the ‘HEALTH FEE’ of R18m2 which is payable in order to obtain your occupation certificate. This was implemented by the Tshwane Building Offices and is payable since July 2020.
This matter has been addressed with all parties involved at two different Property Development Forums and a letter was drafted to address the concerns to parties involved.
We are awaiting further feedback and following up.
